What is a DSCR Loan?

DSCR stands for Debt Service Coverage Ratio. Instead of qualifying based on your personal income, W-2s, or tax returns, a DSCR loan qualifies you based on the rental income of the property.

If the property generates enough rent to cover the mortgage payment, you qualify. It's the ideal loan for real estate investors building a rental portfolio without the headache of traditional income documentation.
